Colibri was born from a belief that eating well should feel like a pleasure, not a compromise. Nestled in Dubai Hills Estate, we've created a space where clean food, mindful drinks, and honest ingredients nourish the soul as much as the body.
Colibri — named after the hummingbird, a symbol of lightness and energy — was founded on a simple conviction: that nourishing your body should be as joyful as it is intentional.
We source only the finest ingredients, work with local growers when possible, and create dishes that are as beautiful to look at as they are powerful to eat. In Dubai Hills, we've built a place where the community gathers to slow down, recharge, and live well.
